I’m Timothy, an editor who’s worked on over 100 manuscripts. Most of my experience is in the fiction realm, but I’m always interested in opportunities that will challenge me and increase my skill set.
In addition to working directly with indie authors who are self-publishing, I also freelance for several publishers including Kirkus, Felony & Mayhem Press, DartFrog Books, Epic Publishing, Sourcebooks, and Choice of Games. I was a freelance copyeditor for Vine Leaves Press for two years, and other projects I have been a part of include From Gamers Magazine, The Loading Screen, and Celtic Nations Magazine (all defunct).
I’m well-versed in the Chicago Manual of Style, I give each manuscript three passes, and I’m proficient in building style sheets as I work. My biggest strength is focusing on the small details in any given text, ensuring consistency throughout.
